10022 does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our stores. All sales are final, No exceptions.

 

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY

10022 only carries merchandise that is authentic, first-run, and purchased directly from the designer.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees which are paid by the customer on delivery. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

 

What if my package is lost?

If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at info@10022nyc.com. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.

*Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, or was signed for we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
